Vaio won't boot

    hi guys

    my Sony Vaio pcg grx315mp just refuses to boot.
    I'm getting the Sony start up screen , it makes the attempt at XP, and them gives the start up error

    0x000000ED- 0x812788DO- 0xC00000006- 0x00000000

    The drive is less than a year old,.
    I don't have a coppy of the Sony recovery disk,

    Help wanted

    See UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME ?

    Take the battery out and try to start up with it just connected to the electric/mains.

    Thanks for that, I have tried re-booting with and without mains and battery, and it still doesn't like it.
