   Does anyone know of a boot manager that can boot from a usb device. EG. "Bootuse" will boot from a floppy instead of installing it on the hdd, but the pc does not have a floppy drive?

   It's basically the same method as making a floppy-emulated CD. Note that this method still requires that your BIOS can be pointed to USB devices.
