   Found this item in my process list when the computer was acting up. Computer suddenly was slowing down without any obvious normal cause, but this item seemed to be frozen.

   It says it "Provides secure storage and retrieval of credentials to users, applications and security service packages."
   
   Can anyone explain what this means and where this might come from? I haven't downloaded anything like this to my knowledge.
