VB 6 Mouse Wheel Fix and Windows 7

    Help,
    I am using Windows 7 64 bit Pro and Visual Basic 6 Pro. Microsoft came out with a VB 6 Mouse Wheel fix. I have it installed on this machine, but the mouse is so moves so erratic that I might as well use the scroll bar.
    Does anyone know a way around this??
    Does anyone know if they have come out with a Mouse Wheel fix for VB 6 in the Windows 7 OS?

    Win 7 VB6 mouse Fix: run command prompt as administrator even is your account is an administrator!! Otherwise you get a 0x80004005 error!! :)
