VB.Net question

Ok, if anyone here has played a game by White Wolf in the World of Darkness series, on their character sheets, there are lots of little circles you have to fill in. I'm starting a project in VB.Net (that's all i know unfortunitly - and worse yet is that i sorta sold the book back to the college cause i needed money :-/), and need to know if there is a way to do something along those same lines with VB.Net - someone click on a circle and every circle in that particular group gets filled in.

2'nd question: in my About popup box, i forget how to add carraige returns, can someone tell me how to add those.
