VBouncer

I updated SpyBot S&D the other day and ran it and it found four instances of "VBouncer" trojan. It could not get rid of it, and it drove me nuts. I then did a search for files and folders, and the only VBouncer files that are on my machine are the detection files within SpyBot S&D. So I googled and read til my eyes fell out. It seems that this is a problem many are having. It is a false positive.The best solution I found out there was to open SpyBot S&D in advanced mode, go to ignore list and put a check by "VBouncer". I've read where this is a known issue to SpyBot and they are working on it. Just thought that perhaps this experience would help others out there that may be looking for a solution. I also ran PestPatrol scan, McAfee scan, Housecall TrendMicro, and one other and they found nothing, all declaring my HDD to be clean. Just a heads-up fellow Geeks! Tate
