VBox error (???????)

Windows 2000 Advanced Server w/ all updates.
This an older PC, and has some little problems, and it's a bit slow, but this is the first time I've seen this particular error on this PC. Reloading is not an option for several reasons, mainly because we don't have a Win2k Server install disc. Anyway, I have attached a screen shot. This isn't a big deal, and I'm not really burning for time, I just found it a bit odd.... I'm very familiar with this PC and all it's little eccentricities, so when I saw this, I was a bit mystified.

Any ideas? Any thoughts? VBox? What is it? Should I be worried?
