vbox.me and win 8.1...

hi!

i'm trying to run latest vbox.me portable in my win 8.1 64bits home ed
but always get error in starting with network device..:

see the error's log:

after restarting then i' m able..see the log n.2:

attachment n.2

if i use win xp as host real machine and vbox.me i really do not have this issue..
it appears if i use as host win 8.1 real machine..so the problem is between vbox.me and win 8.1..

in particular in this passage:
"Note that USB and Network support are disabled by default. To use these features, select the appropriate tab in the configuration window and enable either option. You’ll be prompted to install the appropriate drivers on the current system every time you open Portable VirtualBox."

it is possible,on my pc, only if i use vbox.me in win xp..but not in win 8.1

pls help me..i'm goin crazy..!!

how to solve it..??..i'm gettin crazy...
