vbSEO - has anyone here used it?

far as i can tell this site doesnt use it, but maybe a member here has their own site and they uaw it

what i was wondering is can u answer these questions, and the more detailed the better
- is it really that effective, worth the price
-is it hard to setup and maintain?
- any problems u have had since setting it up, either with your server, site or forums
- how well has it increased traffic"
-any "buyer remorse" and if so why?
