    I'm goung crazy trying to find a freeware program to make a video CD. Can anyone please help me.

    hi markj, I tried the program VCDwizard and it won't install the libraries of the program. It stops there and gives me an error number which is error # 1911

    Regardless of what I do I still get error #1911. I believe it has to do with a direct X issue
