ok, i ran sandra, and it brought up this, along with a few other small problems, but this is what stood out the most...

"Warning W235 - Processor Vcore less than rated minimum. Unless the reported value is incorrect or the processor is a different type that is not correctly detected, the voltage is lower than it should be. If you’re under-clocking the processor you may have pushed too far."

ive never messed with the clocking on my computer, but i want this fixed. what do i have to do to get it back to normal. if you have a 3500+ or if you just so happen to know, what should my vcore be set to as normal?

Setting depends on the chip you have, there are several, V core varies from 1.35 to 1.5

    Which Chip do you have?
    What is yours set too?
The DFI mobos have lot of settings that are better suited for the more advanced users/Overclockers.

1.5, ok i'll look at my bios for that. it will probably take me a while concidering i don ever use my bios, but ok. and the heat thing is still not solved, i bought 4 80mm 4000rpm fans with built in heat sensors, and there on the way. in about 1 week i get paid, so im gonna be getting a better cpu cooler, and some arctic silver 5 thermal paste. hopefully that solves my problem. i'll keep yall updated though. thks for the input guys.

Fans with Heat sensors, Hum? they may only reach max air flow when hot, (Hot by thier spec's not necessarily by your's) so you may not get the cooling/airflow ya desire.
I prefer fans that can be manually controled, for either sound control or cooling or both.

Proper case airflow is key to a cool rig, with out, your Hot.

    The Zelman should be fine.
Lot of folks running Thermaltake XP 90 & 120 cpu coolers & big fans with good results.

Get one of these bad boys the Thermalright xp-90c its THE best air cooler for any cpu at the moment except in some circumstances it is beaten by its bigger brother the xp-120.

Mine came this morning, hers a few pics next to the stock hsf and an akasa 80mm ak-859,as you can see this thing is huge 1.5 pounds of pure copper I dont want to put it in my comp,it deserves to be on the mantle peice above the fire.It has 4 heatpipes that contain a liquid that vapourizes at low temp and carry the heat away from the cpu and best of all its the same price $50 :D
