Venice Core Differences

SO...I'm looking at newegg and I'm looking at all the venice core AMD processors. The only difference I can kind is clock speed and price. Are there really any other differences? Cause I think i'm just gonna get the 3200+ and overclock that to atleast 2.2 if not 2.4. I hear the venice runs really cool. Should I shell out extra money for a 3500+, or just buy a 3200+ and overclock? Also, whats up with the different 3200+, why does one cost more than the other.

 

As far as I know. Venice core (Revision E) adds the ability to use all 4 Memory slots at DDR 400. Elsewise, using a Revision D CPU will downgrade the Memory slots to 333 mhz.

So then the difference between the two 3200+'s is revision E?
