Verizon Security Suite Acting as if I didn't buy it.

I have owned the suite for awhile and the bill has gotten paid every month yet now, even when I uninstall and reinstall it, it acts as if I still need to order it. The thing is I already have. I checked my service online and it still is there. The connection if fine and I tested its diagnostic. The suite does not has a way of signing in that I could find. I have no clue why this occurred. I am hoping I can avoid calling tech support although that seems unlikely.
