    Hi there!

I have windows XP pro, intel pentium 4 and 512MB of RAM
120 GO drive with 8.73 of it for C partition

Problem appeared something like a week ago : where I should have had half my C drive available I began having these "low space" pop ups. Something was litterally eating my space and soon I had short to nothing.
    Cleaning didn't help.
I got it back a couple of times by rebooting but it soon wouldn't work anymore.
Thought maybe I was being hacked and worked offline for a time but my space dissapeared all the same.
Thought it could be a virus or spyware and scanned with bitdefender, housecall, panda and every reliable malware remover that I know of. Followed your malware-virus removal tutorial.
Someone told me it could be a problem with my caches but I didn't change anything to my settings before it happened - wouldn't know where to look for these anyway.

Until yesterday space varied between 0B and max 500MB but now I'm running with 0B or very little more so this is becoming quite annoying to say the least!

If you guys have any idea I would be grateful for help!

    Thank you!

Thank you this spacemonger program is just great!
It is 10 temporary files that are eating half of my C drive
Since I'm not sure of what to do I prefer to list them here before deleting anything - they're all in a folder tmp000004d9

    tmp000302df
    tmp00033dc
    tmp00035e3f
    tmp00030915
    tmp0003116e
    tmp0003032e
    tmp00032f95
    tmp00030393
    tmp00031d85
    tmp00034d93

All these files are dated from 12 november and problem appeared before that so I also wonder if getting rid of these files would be enough

Sorry I didn't see about this spacemonger in the other thread, I've read the first message, though it wouldn't be the same problem and didn't go farther

    Oh hell now what??
I don't know if it's related I'm constantly getting these pop ups

"windows system error - there is an IP address conflict with another system on the network"

Am I being hacked or what??
