   Hi
   
   I just got a new laptop, and it boots up very quickly and runs very smoothly. However, when I ask it to restart, it takes about 10 minutes to shut down. I end up having to manually press the power button to turn it off, and when I turn it back on there is no problem booting up. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.
