We're going to need some more descriptive info besides "SiS651". Perhaps the make and model of the motherboard? Even better would be an Everest report. Use the following instructions to attach an Everest report to your next post....

Hmmmm... it's a bit confusing..... the report shows an unknown ATI chip and the SiS chip. I tracked down the PC manufacturer (Packard Bell) and the model number (I think it's the iMedia 5116se) and they have no video drivers at their web site, but they have some other drivers. You can get them from this link. You can download the SiS video chipset drivers from the motherboard maker (Gigabyte) at this site. It's probably a good idea to install the AGP Filter from the Packard Bell site first, reboot, then install the video driver from the Gigabyte site. If neither of these work, then chances are you have an ATI video card. Since it's based on the RV610 chip, it's probably a Radeon x1650, and you can download those drivers from this link to the ATI drivers.
Good luck!! And keep us posted!!!

I have tried the driver from the gigabyte website and still hasn't worked so I don't know what to try next.

Might have to invest in a pci graphics card to see if that correct the problem.

Yeah... try installing the drivers manually by using the "have disk" button: Go to the Device Manager and right click on the Video Controller (it should have a yellow question makr ? or exclamation point !), select Update Driver; select the bottom circle and click Next; again, select the bottom circle to install from a specific location and click Next; again, select the bottom circle for "Don't search" and click Next; then on the next screen click the "Have disk" button and the browse to the unzipped video driver and click Next; if you get a warning about how Windows cannot verify compatibility, click "Continue anyway". When it's done, click "Finish" and then reboot the PC.

    GOOD LUCK!!!

If this doesn't work, please post exactly what it shows in the Device Manager under "Display Adapters" and please post what it says next to any yellow question marks or exclamation points.

:confused Strange problem here.... did you install the AGP Filter driver from the Packard Bell web site? Please run Unknown Devices. Then right click on the Video Controller in the Unknown Device list and select Device Details. You should get a long number like VEN_10DE&DEV_0622&SUBSYS_82801043&REV etc. etc. Please post this number or a screen shot of the Unknown Device 'report'. You can also click "File" and choose to "Save list as file" then upload the file to a future post.

there you go, its not in the unknown devices its under other devices.
