I am trying to record my VHS tapes to DVD. I am using A samsung recorder burner. Have it hooked up to TV correctly but I am having a problem and it is intermittent. Out of 4 burnings I have two that I cannot play. I can see the burn is on there. My question is: Can I finalize at anytime? Can it be done on my PC? Or is it possible that someone knows what I am doing wrong? I know there are many things that could cause this but I am stumped at this time and hate to take all that time and not have good results. Please if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate them.

    Thank you,

    Wadda

Which particular Samsung recorder are you using? What does it say in the instructions about dubbing?

I am using the Samsung DVD-VR330. I see nothing with that terminology, "dubbing".

    Thank you,

Good find Yargel. That's probably better than the manual.
