Video camera / Camcorder

Hey all,

I am looking for opinions on different types of video camera's / camcorders. I am in the market to by one and word of mouth is usually the best judge. Any information you have, first hand preferrably, would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to get one that has the screen on the back of a camera sized device, that has the ability to save info on a disk and attach to my computer. Hopefully you wonderful people will have some experience and be able to give some starting points.

Mine is the traditional style, not the type you want, but it is new, digital and very good quality and features. I recommend JVC make
