Most games have vague descriptions of errors with my graphics card. The most recent one however stands out among them all. While attempting to open the Age of Empires 3 demo, I received the following error.

"Age of Empires III requires at least a 64 MB video card. This computer appears to have a 0 MB video card.

    System information: 2500 MHz, 512 MB, 0 MB (vendorID 10de, deviceID 326)"

I have the current motherboard and graphics card drivers. I opened up my computer, took out and put back my graphics card, and my computer recognized the card and everything.

Most games give me issues about my graphics card, but then they work slower than they should with my card. (Nvidia Geforce FX 5500 128 MB)
I have a friend with the same exact card, and he never has any of these problems.

Does anyone have any ideas what could possibly be causing this?
    Thanks in advance.

Hm. I'm not sure. Try going to Control Panel and removing the Nvidia Utility and then downloading the newest version from the Nvidia website. Could just be an outdated driver.

It might be a glitch with the demo. Try asking the makers if anyone has had a similar problem.
