Video Card Fan Dilemma

Ok here's the deal... I have a Radeon 9550 video card that has a fan on it, which has been working ever since I bought the video card in 2006. It was the fan that came with the card straight from the factory. Recently the fan gave up and died. I blame this on myself since I didn't get to see the major buildup of dust it had. I clean my computer case every month with a can of compressed air, but just always missed the the fan since it's on the under side of the video card.

Anyways I purchased a replacement fan on ebay and that went noisy and died within a month. So I purchased the same one again thinking the first could have been defective. Now the second one I just got a couple weeks back is already beginning to make noise. I fear for the worst... I should blame myself a bit too about these replacement fans I purchased, because they were no name's from china that cost $2 each.

Anyways would anyone have an idea as to where I can get a quality replacement fan or some do it yourself method of cooling my video card quietly? I'm getting sick of this and starting to wonder if I could be some sort of bad voltage coming from the video card which is killing the fans. I don't know if that's even possible????

I would try looking online. I think you can test the voltage with a multimeter but don't leave your card on to long with no fan running.
