Video Card Help, I Am Stuck

    I Got This Nvidia Fx 5200 128ddr Video Card From My Friend For Only 10 Bucks. I Though It Was Sweet And Installation When Great And Everything. But The Problem Comes In During Game Play. Every Time I Play Any 3d Accelerated Games Like Gta Vice City I Get Horizontal Lines Every Were. Now, I Am Thinking That Is Because I Am Currently Running A 1.7 Celeron. Could That Be The Cause Of My Problem.

    Please Anyone Help......

    maybe thats why it was on 'sale' for 10 bucks; try updating your drivers @ nvidia.com
