Video card issue

Hey,
Little bit of a problem
I installed a new video card (pandex gforce fx5200)
I keep getting the same problem in games
the screen flickers and everything is drawn wrong

I tried everything
- updated bios
- updated chipset drivers
- updated video drivers
- updated directx

still no results tho
windows xp works fine, its just when a game tries to render graphics that everything screws up.

Please Help!!

Mobo Ak74 - Ec
Processor Amd Athalon 950 mhz
video card pandex gforce fx5200
os windows xp pro

 

What driver version and what games?
Does it ever crash or just glitch the graphics?

How about 2D games like Starcraft or Diablo2?

If you do not want to wait for a reply, grab the stuff at Guru3d and clean out your old drivers, then install new. Guru3d is a pretty good nVidia site.

The Games never do crash,
The graphics are just extremely glitchy
I have the newest version of the nvidia drivers
The games I have tried to run so far are flight sim 2004 and diablo 2
neither of them work properly
