Alright, after looking at that mobo info, your board can handle an AGP 8x card. Good for you. That is the fastest AGP speed on the market.

Nextly, ATI or Nvidia. There's a fun question. Do you like Cocoa Pebbles or Fruity Pebbles?

Alright, I'm done being a douche now. ATI or Nvidia are the two major GPU manufacturers. Whether you choose one or the other is really just a matter of choice. Whichever one you pick will probably become the one you attach yourself to, and become a fanboy of. I'm an Nvidia guy myself. The two are generally neck-and-neck all the time, so one or the other doesn't matter on AGP.

Lemme make some recs for AGP 8x, 256MB. These links courtesy Newegg.com:

A good Nvidia from the recent 6 series, mid-range. This chipset is on the SL list of "Recommended" chipsets.

    This one here is an
ATI offering that is well above the system recomendations.

Again, I'm an Nvidia guy, but I know my enemy.
Sapphire ALWAYS makes excellent chips for ATI. That's another one well above spec.

eVGA is to Nvidia what Sapphire is to ATI, and here is their offering that is again, well above the requirements.

For clarity, here is the source from Second-Lifes' web-site.

RECOMMENDED means the company is like 95% certain you won't have any problems (blantant video errors, choppy frame rates) running the game at default settings. All the cards I showed you are actually higher than the rec's, because I care.

All you really NEED to play are
but trust me, you don't wanna go there.

So there you have it. You can upgrade your card within the easy neighborhood of 100$ to do what you want, or if you don't shop online, look in comp stores for similar chipsets. Happy gaming.

    EDIT:
Sorry, I'm an ***. Forgot one of your questions.

No, for those video cards, you won't need to a stronger power supply. If these cause your PSU to screw up, it'd be messing up already.
