    Yes you can use a DDR5 video card but leave your MOB RAM alone, two different things.;)

    I agree with augie.......RAM will work alongside the CPU and transfer and store DATA whereas the Video Card will render and process graphics. The Video card also has it's own Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and therefore can have different vRAM speeds (to capture and store the GPU DATA) from the Mobo RAM. It's like two separate brains.
