Video Color Correction Programs

    Does anyone know of and used a video color correction program (free or fee). I have a video that seems to have lost most of the red in various sections, not throughout, that makes those sections too green.
    I would like to get a program that will allow me to increase the red in those sections to eliminate the green look.
