Video Conversion

Ok once again I come to you knowing that I will get some help.
I have made a video and have uploaded on to you tube and facebook, only problem is I forgot to save a copy or make one for myself. I would like to put it onto my MP3 player I tried vconversion and I got the music not the pictures, if you guys could help me out that would be great! I am posting the links to the video in case that will help any at all....

What is your MP3 player? They all take slightly different video formats so would need to know which to convert the video to.
