Video Editing Problem

I am a videographer and I have been having a problem with exporting video. I edit with Adobe Premiere 6.5 and Premiere Pro 1.5. Whenever I began to export my video to tape, the video "freezes" randomly. I normally have to shut down my antivirus, spyware, and monitoring programs as well as access to the internet. Is there a better way? I was wondering if there was a way to create a "User Account" that would only open the basic programs needed to run.
