Video Editing

I have Movie Studio 8. to do my Video Editing.

I go to this WebSite to Creat an Account.

And then it lets me LogIn.

Then I click on Support.

Then I scroll down the page till I see the Link for Movie Studio. and it says it will take me to Magix WebSite.

So I click it and it takes me there.

then I find Forums and at the top right it has LogIn.

I type my e mail and password.

And it says I have no account.

So I thought maybe the two Sites are not connected so I need another account.

I try to make one here and it wont let me LogIn.

It just keeps saying I do not have an account.

Why?

Maybe I am not on the right page for Help Forums for Movie Studio?

MAGIX Software purchased Sony Creative Software in 2016.

 

Ok I go to

And fill out everything and click submit.

Then it says my information had an Error.
And it says if I have an account LogIn.

I try to use my Soney Information when I made an account with them last night but no Go.

I have FileFox and I set my History to Remember Me.
So it will let Cookies.
And it did not help?

I clicked on Reset Password.

I had to do the Enter Picture Code a fue times.
But it works now.
