Video Editing

While searching for free Video Editing/Creating software for a friend, I came across HitFilm Express. It could be an alternative to the familiar free video editing programs.

I have contacted the publisher and inquired if Ignite Express plugins (90+) can be used in HitFilm Express.

Are any members familiar with this software?

 

Not necessary as HitFilm Express contains all the plugins from Ignite Express.

FYI Ignite Express can be installed for other video editing software.

I downloaded HitFilm Express 2 years ago, and found it to be very comprehensive.
Too comprehensive for me, anyways.
I can do whatever I want to with my videos. The problem for me is that I use HFE for a couple of weeks, and then not until many, many months later, after I've forgotten everything I learned about HFE.
My solution was to very carefully prepare "How To" articles that outline every single step I've taken. That way at least I have a headstart when I resume HFE.
I'm just an old man, so my memory is pretty much shot, but I can sincerely recommend HFE if one has videos to edit.
