Video formats for UMPCs

    I have just gotten my hands on a Samsung Q1 UMPC running Vista Home Premium.

    I want to be able to watch movies on the device but I'm not sure of the best file format to use. I have a Palm T3 that I converted most of my movies over to using Pocket DVD Wizard and they ran great and looked great despite being small (<512Mb after conversion). I tried converting using the same software but this time changing to WMV format and the files are choppy and blocky.

    Any recommendations anyone?
