Video Freezes on Windows 7 laptop

I'm having a lot of issues and they all seem to be centered around video playback on my laptop. All videos that I stream or playback on the laptop freezes throughout the video. I'm running windows 7 on a hp pavillion laptop 1030us model 64 bit system, Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu 4gb of memory. I was told to run Roguekiller and it found Zeroaccess, but I didn't go further since I have no clue what this mean. I did attached the report that was created. Any advice or assistance is greatly appreciated. I don't mind being directed to a previous post;however, I performed a search and didn't find anything that was related.

 

If you suspect you have a virus then please go to this thread, read it, and then create a post in the malware forum according to the instructions. Then come back if nothing is found or if you are still having problems.
