Video help...again...

First, thanks for all the help you guys have provided! You have helped a computer illiterate immensely.

Now, another of my problems: I loaded SNAGIT and it works great now that I understand its limitations! Thanks for the direction. Now, I have another problem. I loaded RealPlayer into my computer and when I run those surveillance videos on CD, they come out strange. The top portion is now on the bottom, upside down and reversed so for instance a "5" comes out looking like a "2". I removed RealPlayer but the problem persists! And the video is cut into quarters! So the part that is supposed to be on the bottom of the screen comes out on top. But on a good note, SNAGIT still records the stuff albeit in the screwed up fashion. AND when I put in a CD that I know is fine, the video still comes out funky. When I put the CD in another laptop, the video comes out fine so I guess I did not screw up the originals!! Whew!!
