I recently just bought parts to build a computer with. Everything installed nicely and the power all works but I have no video.

    The Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P
    The Video Card: MSI N9800GT-T2D512

It's plugged in the PCIEX16_1 slot and nothing. I tried it in the PCIEX8_1 slot, nothing.

Of course the motherboard has no onboard-video or OS installed, can't see anything, so I have nothing else to use to view it.

Please help, that would be awesome!

Bit more info about the system would be nice. CPU, RAM, PSU wattage and so forth. Not least because I dont get how everythign is installed nicely if you cant see anything? Are you listening to the audio BIOS codes or what?

Also there is an issue about gfx cards running at x8/x16, on this mobo if more than one PCI card is in use.

Thanks for the reply. Wasn't sure if I was ever gonna get help, but I ended up figuring it out. Bought a larger power supply and wallah!
