video problem

when I try play videos on you tube, they keep stop starting all the way through every one I play, but after it's down loaded (which takes ages) they play ok. any ideas. mix

 

Yeah, happens to all of us. After the computer downloads a section, it plays it. When it reaches the point that's still being worked on, it stops and waits. Hence the stop/start you complain of.

I'm making a guess you're on dialup which does take forever to download stuff. Best thing to do is to hit the pause button and wait until the bar fills completely to show that the video is loaded and then watch it. Also, try to only have one thing happening at a time if you are on dialup or low speed broadband. The more internet things happening, the more they have to share the "space" available and the longer it will take for the video to load.
