I have and old Dell Dimension L700CXE "tinker machine" that has the Intel CA810E mobo with integrated video. I threw in a 16 mb Nvidia TNT2 PCI card a while back, and its working fine, but for kicks I thought I would try a more powerful card. I have tried a 64 MB GeForce 2 MX 400, but evidentally it pulled too much power (at least with a game I was playing) and crashed hard. The system only has a measly 135 watt PSU.

Any ideas on a card that would be better than what I am using now, but would still be stable on a 135 watt PSU? ATI or Nvidia, does not matter.

I would buy used, of course, as there are no cards on the market now with specs that low.

I don't use this system for much, other than just messing around, so major video power is not an issue (obviously)

Well, you could try a geforce 5200 or 5500 pci card but the you will probably have the same power problem. :)
