THis is for nvidia latest card: NX6800GT-TD256 (Around $500.00)

    System Requirements

To install the VGA card, your computer system needs to meet
    the following requirements:

    • IBM PC compatible CPU 600MHz or faster
    • Requires an AGP compliant mainboard (AGP 8X port recommended)
    • 64MB system memory
    • 6X or faster CD-ROM drive
    • Minimum 350W system power supply required
    • Operating Systems Support: Windows® XP/2000

Your system is balanced at the momoent a 64mb gf3 and 1gig cpu are a good match, you wouldn't see much improvement upgrading your card and any improvement would fall short of what the card would be capable of,I hate saying it but it might be time to upgrade your computer.

As for what it says on the nvidia site, thats what you need for the computer to turn on,using it is a different story.
