videons32 cant remove

I came upon this file in my shared folder for my home network. I at first tried to delete it and it didnt work so then I went into safe mode and it still wouldnt delete. Since then have searched around and found that it is a worm but I have know idea on how to get rid of it i ran stinger and cwshredder. I have avast and it doesnt seem to pick it up so im kinda stuck out and dont know what to do. Thank you for any help that you may be able to give.

 

Does anyone know how what all this worm could affect. Im not sure on how critical it is to remove it.

 

Its real name is W32/Sdbot-KK if that helps any one.

 

I looked and it doesnt seem to be in the registry. But i still cant figure out how to get rid of it. How much will it hurt might have to reformat.
