I have security cameras installed on two diffrent locations having same hardware.

    * location 1 .I have bell sympatico internet connection.
I have no problem to monitor my cameras through internet
    "samtek.no-ip.biz" working on port 80.
*location2. I have videotron internet connection. Having same setup same
router linksys wrt54g. same port settings. but it's not working through
    internet explorer. url is samaya.no-ip.biz
although I could ping samaya.no-ip.biz .What I am thinking that videotron
    blocked port 80.
My security camera DVR card doesn't allow me to use any other port rather
    than 80.
    So help me plz.

What does Videotron say about this? I've never seen them block port 80 ever. Check what's being rejected by your router, did this just start?

Same setup with bell is working.
but when I try to check my port 80 (http://www.canyouseeme.org/), on videotron location. I get message that port is blocked.
