View Webcam Pc On Smartphone

Hello to all .
I would like to know if you can view the webcam of my notebook asus on my smartphone Sony Xperia.
my modem router wi fi ADSL brand ADB provider Telecom Italy


Which software to install? Which procedure to use?
I would like to use the pc webcam for video surveillance my windows office .and record to external HDD.

They will use 'definitely Yawcam.
Now the important thing to understand is what it takes to view the webcam remotely pc by opening any browser. In the screenshots Yawcam it comes to router ports, IP, FTP and stream ..... http: //www.yawcam.com/screenshots.php

After installing Yawcam what to do? I do not know the procedure to view the webcam on the internet!
