ViewMgr.exe message at start up

    First, as a new member I want to say hello to everyone. I have had major problems at start up recently such as freeze ups, suddden reboots etc. Following the cleaning rules posted here for XP helped me pretty much clean my laptop but I am still getting this ViewMgr.exe error message at start up. Here is my MGlog.zip file. I appreciate if anyone can tell me what this is.
