Virtual Drive 7 driver problem. HELP!

Hi there, first time caller long time listener

I'm Trying to install virtual drive 7 deluxe from FarStone and i get a
"Failed to install driver, error no:42, please reinstall"
and also
"failed to install driver, error no:0, please reinstall"

driving me nuts. . .

Ive tried closing all extra startup utilities and applications through diagnostic
startup, but i get the same result. If someone could help me out with the problem i would be ever so grateful
