   i have done the read this but cant find where to post all
   problems consist of no restore points firewall killed regedit says not valid command very slow page to page says virtual memory low
   i have 512mb ram 120,031,477,760 (111gb)capacity and 74,308,898,816(69.2gb)free space.hope this enough info for start
