Virtual Memory problems

    Hi Guys, I am getting the Virtual memory pop up as well, I went into Cookie Cleaner, and I went to scan issues, and as I hit fix issues, a message came up a registry DLL file couldn't be moved so I just exited out of it, because I didn't know what I was deleting or couldn't be moved.

    It says initial size is 768 mb and 63365 space available it says the maximum size is 1536. I am really confused here, If I restart my comp should the message disappear. also I have 512 MB of ram.
