Virtual Memory

Hi

I have been recieving a message from my system saying Virtual memory is running low, and it says it is paging the files or something along those lines.

I have been reading up on this and it says my ram is full and it has to start storing things on the HD.

What i want to know is how do i resolve this problem.

I have 512MB of ram on my PC

Soz About the crappy message. I am kind of new to this

I am having problems with my ram and virtual it is telling me i am running low on virtual memory, and as this is connected to ram in some way i want to know if there is a problem with my ram or if i can clean it up a little.

I have my system spec but am struggling to put it on this site, i will now try and add it as an attachment.

If it does not work the you can ignore this post if you want

I have no idea about the paging size, how do i find that information out?

It says the paging size is 384MB is that all you need?

Set your page file size to 1 1/2 to 2 times your RAM.
No More.
