Virtuamonde/Spyguard Problem. Aggain

Running Windows 2000 so I did not see a method of turning the system restore off. Ran CCCleaner and Spybot S&D and got rid of almost everything. The only thing left is a Utilinet and Tenilitu (utilinet backwards lol).

I have went through the steps that were given for other people, and just substituted my own bad files in, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. This has grinded my computer to a halt, if possible please help me out.
