Virtumonde again

I am sure you must be getting tired of helping people rid themselves of this terrible problem. I am sorry but I must also ask for your help to remove this evil menace. I have tried all the spyware removal suggestions that you have made in other threads and none of them have worked for me. I will send a HTJ log upon request. Please help me get rid of this. I am one of the many people suffering from the loss of Star Wars Galaxies and i just want to get my moneys worth. I will be very greatful for your help and your speed.

If you completed the above, send us a HijackThis Log. Make sure to follow the instructions below:

Note that your HijackThis should be up-to-date (v1.98.2) and MUST be extracted to its own safe folder – C:\Program Files\HijackThis!

If you need a Fresh Download of HJT, get it HERE: HijackThis 1.98.2

Also note that, before you scan, you MUST close all running programs including your web browser, e-mail and items in the system tray.

Please save your HJT Log as a .txt File and attach it via the "Manage Attachments" tool in the Additional Options section when you post.

Somebody will take a look when they get a chance.

i ran the symantic program and it worked perfectly!! i must have over looked it before. Thank you so much for your help i really appreciate it
