Virus deletion failed

    I just downloaded Norton Internet Security. I did a live update for it and scanned my computer and found some things it would not delete. What is up with that? :rolleyes:

    You downloaded it? Legal or illegal version? Not sure if it is or not but if its illegal u will get no help at all here no1 wants to help with piracy!

    What happened after Norton found these errors which it won't fix for you?

    Did it give you links to Microsoft's Knowledgbase? Instructions how to manually remove them? Ask you buy the full version first?
