Virus? Email Appears In Outlook With No Date Or Delivery Header

Hello. An email showed up in my Outlook Inbox that has no date and none of the normal delivery information in the detailed Internet Header section. My Outlook 2013 is picking up email using a POP3 account, and the email service provider checked their logs and confirmed that the email in my Outlook Inbox definitely did not get delivered through their email server. I have no other email account set up to deliver emails to my Outlook.

So where did it come from? Does my computer have a virus? The email has a .doc attachment, but I scanned for viruses with Win Defender, and the doc appears to have no malware.

Thanks for replying so promptly. I did do the virus scans ;no malware found. Such a mystery... I found only one other person on a forum who had the same thing happen, and none of those posting could come up with an answer either. I appreciate your input!
