virus or spyware has taken control of my desktop wallpaper!!

Hi everybody, i don't know if its a virus, spyware or what but in my desktop wallpaper appears a message sayin "warning you're in danger", followed by a message explaining that my computer has spyware and that i have to remove it.

when i right click on the desktop the window it appears describes an HTML document not the normal desktop properties.

I have Avast antivirus and a firewall and adaware and spybot don't detect any threats, what is that!!
please help.
