You need to clarify what you are saying and provide better details. Exact error messages and clearly state your problem. Tell us exactly what happens and what it is that you are running. Also what OS are you running? When did problem begin? And what had you done on your system prior to it starting?
Did you add new software? Goto any particular website? Give more information about this "Word" file.

Normal procedures are to please follow all the steps in this Sticky thread < READ ME FIRST: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal > If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.

If you cannot download, install, or run any of this you will have to describe what happens and exact error messages.

Disconnect TOTALLY from the internet, which is what you're not doing if you're reading this post ;). After that, run your computer in safe mode. Delete the weird file in your computer, then run the basic spyware/adware and anti-virus software on your computer to see if any more anamolies might be present. I'm not completely sure, but you might be getting that windows update message because you're running a pirated version of windows xp. lol, if you are, then you're kind of screwed because I don't know another way to install it.

If things are really bitchy, save all your files then run a system restore to an early date. You might need to re-install some of your programs, but it's worth the work if you want to keep your comp in peak condition.

Last thing: DITCH KAZAA! Stop downloading illegally! It warrants more problems, like viruses, spyware, and random subpeonas from the RIAA (spelling?).

    Later dude...
